These terms govern your use of Statementoy, a service that converts bank and credit-card statement PDFs into structured data. By using Statementoy, you agree to these terms.
Operator
Statementoy is operated by 童锦涛 as an individual operator in China.
Using Statementoy
You must be authorized to use the account and the documents you upload. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it. Statementoy is an extraction and organization tool; it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, or investment advice and does not guarantee that every extraction is complete or error-free.
A file may be up to 25 MB, and a file may contain up to 100 pages. Batch conversion supports up to 20 files and 500 pages. Password protected PDFs must be unlocked before upload. Handwriting and specialized loan or investment statements may require manual review and are outside the supported conversion guarantee.
Credits and subscriptions
Checkout and subscription management are currently provided through Dodo. Waffo or Creem may be made available only when explicitly enabled and configured for Statementoy. Page credits are added only after Statementoy confirms the server-side payment event. A failed page or a server failure does not consume a page when the service can determine that the page was not processed.
You may cancel a subscription to stop renewal. The paid period stays available until its scheduled end. You can use the billing settings inside Statementoy to manage or cancel an available subscription. Monthly plans are billed monthly and provide their stated page allowance for each monthly period. Annual plans are billed once per year and provide the stated monthly page allowance during each month of the annual term. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over to a later month. One-time packs are charged once, do not auto-renew, and their pages do not expire unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise. Annual cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund. You may request a refund for an unused one-time pack within 14 days; approved refunds are handled through the original payment method.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you believe an account has been compromised. Do not use Statementoy to upload data you are not allowed to process, interfere with the service, evade usage limits, or violate applicable law.
Do not use the service to process documents or information you are not authorized to handle, to provide unlawful financial activity, or to evade provider, account, or usage restrictions. Statementoy does not provide banking, lending, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Synthetic samples
The synthetic sample mode is provided for demonstration. Its sample data is not uploaded to the conversion service and does not consume credits.
