Private document handling
Uploaded files, rendered pages, extracted transactions, and edit snapshots expire after 24 hours. You can delete documents sooner; access is revoked immediately and cleanup is retried when needed.
Your controls
Review results against the original statement before export. Request access, correction, deletion, or an explanation of processing at [email protected].
Providers
Private storage, hosting, processing, authentication, email, and payments use configured providers. Provider locations and retention follow the active configuration and provider terms.
Analytics controls
Analytics uses cleaned page paths and excludes statement content, file names, email addresses, document IDs, tokens, and billing details. You can turn public analytics off from the product control.
