Supported files, review steps, and practical limits for Statementoy.

Supported statement files

Statementoy supports PDF, PNG, or JPEG bank and credit-card statements. English synthetic bank and credit-card samples have been verified through the review workflow. A limited Chinese CNY sample set has also been checked locally; this does not represent every bank layout. The current backend limits are 25 MB and 100 pages per file, with up to 20 files and 500 selected pages per batch. Unlock protected PDFs first.

How to use it

  1. Upload a supported file and select pages.
  2. Review dates, descriptions, signs, currencies, balances, and flagged rows against the source.
  3. Save corrections, then export CSV or Excel.

What to expect

Statement extraction assists your review; it does not promise universal accuracy. Bank layouts vary, so check the result before using it. If your bank can export CSV or OFX directly, that file may be the simpler starting point.
